President

Tim Haldeman has had along and distinguished career in the property arena.  He holds a BA from UC Santa Barbara in Business Economics.  In the 1980's he was the number one producer worldwide at CB Richard Ellis.  In 1988 Tim became vice president of Investment Sales CB Richard Ellis specializing in the sale of single tenant Net Leased properties.  In 1997 he became the managing director of net leased properties at CB Richard Ellis and was the number 1 net leased investment salesman nationwide.  In 1998 Tim opened his own company, Palisades Investor Inc., a real estate investment company that specialized in single tenant 'Net Leased" properties. His firm has participated in the sale or acquisition of over 1 billion dollars of single tenant properties.

In 1998 Palisades Cypress LLC was founded.  It continues to be the preferred property management company for his client's retail, commercial and residential portfolios across the nation.
